Process Audits
If you already have a project process design, NCI can help you check for fatal flaws and additions. NCI will review your existing process description then recommend improvements such as the right number of days for the Charrette, or the best methods for public outreach. Our methods and recommendations will make a vast difference in the ease of implementation and the level of your project's success. We can work with you long-distance or at your location.

Phone support:
After receiving a description of your process, we will review it and discuss recommended changes via phone conference. NCI is also available for phone audits and coaching on a project basis.

In-house review:
NCI will work with your project team at your location to review and revise your project processes.

Process Design
If you are in the start up phase of a project, NCI will work with your staff to design an effective project process from the beginning. The Dynamic Planning process serves as the template for the design of all aspects of the NCI Charrette Preparation, NCI Charrette, and Plan Implementation phases. During an intense in-house session, NCI brings together your project team to assure that the process works for all facets of the project. The result is a process co-authored by major stakeholders in charge increasing the project's likelihood of success. NCI can also remain on in a coaching role throughout the project.

Long distance design support:
NCI can work with you electronically to develop your process. We start with a series of questionnaires that uncover the project problem and context. Using this information, NCI directs key members of your project team through a series of exercises to design the process. The result is a comprehensive roadmap complete with tasks, schedules, and responsibilities.
